Xander sat on the edge of a large water fountain in utter silence. The water of the large stone structure spluttered and crashed into the pool below, and by some contraction or magic or natural force, found its way back up through the structure and out again. Xander watched around the area leisurely. The people were all around, mind their own business, shopping, chatting, dragging little crying children behind them. There was a house not far away where he could hear a couple screaming at each other, something about the husband being good for nothing.
The area, though seemed lively, mostly avoided avoided him. It was acceptable though, he was the Pariah after all. His nickname wouldn't fit if he was a celebrity. "Xander, kill them. None here can rival your power. We have work to do." Xander's lips curled and stretched into an unnaturally wide grin, the thought of killing one, a child, a woman, an old man, it made him yearn to do so.
Xander's smile slowly faded again. "It cannot be done. They aren't they." Xander chuckled to himself, perhaps at himself, or maybe it was even the demon chuckling at him, but to anybody examining him, which didn't seem to be anybody, it would be obvious that he was quite simply at disagreement with himself.
Xander lifted his left arm, the one tainted in ink black demonic skin and held a faint glowing blue coloration underneath, and he stared into the eye, which turned to glare at him in return. Both sat there a moment. "It won't be long Xander. My power is already beginning to engulf you. Stop fighting it so we can finally create your new world. If you just give in, it will all turn out better for you." Xander slowly lowered his arm, resting it on his knee.
Xander gave an almost despairing look towards the dusty cobblestone ground under his feet. "It would be easier wouldn't it. Life hasn't exactly been easy for me though. I don't see why I need it so now. I've got at least ten years still, maybe twice that if I fight hard enough. You can have me when your time comes, until this, shut the fuck up." Xander's grin once more stretched unnaturally wide, smiling at himself.

Sometimes Yaji found himself questioning his own actions as he had wandered from town to town as to develop a pretty much basic lay out of the lands. Sure some may question this and ask him why he didn't just spend some money on a merchant and purchase a map from them. The answers to this would be that not only is Yaji pretty much poor but nothing was better than taking the time to go town from town and gathering intel on each place and possibly what ever guild might inhabit it. Though he didn't need to look or even try to search to find out that Fairy Tail was the main guild in the town of Magnolia. They were pretty much the most famous guild and possibly one of the more powerful ones because of the fact that they have large numbers and some are pretty strong mages. Though it sickened Yaji to even hear that such a influential guild is a light guild, people who like doing good and helping others.
Yaji felt like throwing up in his mouth at how rather peaceful and 'quiet' this town was since he has always grown up in a town that even the commoners would pick pocket you. It felt strange to wander down the street and not worry about a little kid bumping into you and taking your wallet or an older person stopping you and asking for help only to rob you blind. Everyone seemed to have a rather kind air to them and since there wasn't much fighting or violence or theft Yaji couldn't help but feel out of place. He finds much love in violence or overall fighting since pain is like pure pleasure to him. He even loves to have people beat him down, spit on him and call him names and in his own sick way he tends to get off on this fact. One could say that Yaji is very screwed up in the head and they probably wouldn't be so far from the truth.
His eyes caught something though as he wandered through the streets of the place, a man who sat on the edge of what appeared to be a water fountain. It was kind of funny considering he saw the man move a pitch black skinned arm and seemed to stare at it for some time. Maybe he wasn't so screwy considering he had just witnessed a man who had spent a few moments to stare at his own limb. Though he looked away and began to whistle to himself before a boy in about his teens came rushing up, taking his pace rather quickly. As both him and Yaji made his way near the water fountain, Yaji's foot quickly stuck out as the young teen came up and his arm quickly moved. It was a pretty quick thing that some one would really need to look very close as to realize just what happened to the boy.
In what seemed like a split second Yaji's hand had quickly found it's way to the back of the boy's head while his foot collided with the boy's ankle. In one swift movement the boy quickly went face first, the speed increased with a little help of Yaji, and a sickening crack rang out in the area. The boy seemed to shake as he laid on the ground, it seemed that the collision had knocked him unconscious and if it wasn't the collision it was probably the sharp pain. Yaji couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of the passed out teen on the ground as two or three people came up to see if he was alright. Yaji himself had even stopped and stood outside of the slowly forming group of people as they turned him over and lifted him up as to help him to a close by clinic. Yaji's chuckle turned into a faint laugh as he watched this and when they had finally taken the boy away, his eyes turned and looked towards the man on the fountain, a large grin on his face as he looked towards him.

'This place is the epitome of things we hate. These people are peaceful not because of their desire t be so, but of their fear of that pathetic guild. Should the guild wish to do so, every human in this forsaken town could be slaughtered, and would be powerless to do so. Take that boy for instance. Although Xander was staring towards the ground, only moments before the lightning quick strike from Yaji, Xander's blackened eye with the glowing blue pupil glanced up, which cause both eyes to be staring in two different directions simultaneously. 'This one does not fear the guild, he is truly free.'
Slowly Xander's yellow-iris eye lifted into sync with the other, staring at Yaji, not the unconscious kid. The movements were quick enough that he was unable to register them, but not so much that he could register who performed them. He smiled lightly as he straightened his back, sitting up stall, and he even pointed at him with his normal, uninfected right hand. He would then simply motion for him to come over and sit with him. Xander found Yaji interesting, as if he had found something Xander wanted.
No, not speed or strength, but freedom. If Yaji had found freedom in power, and he obviously opposed the guild (Fairy Tail Guild for sure, other guilds could not be determined obviously). Perhaps he was something that humanity needed to thrive in Xander's 'New World'. 'Very interesting Xander. And I thought you enjoyed being a loner. What is it you could possibly want with him? He's not like us.
xander grinned, his mouth, which was natural in size until now, stretched nearly from ear to ear, obviously another sign of the demon living in his body. "No, he's not like you. That's certain. However, I cannot be sure he isn't like me, or that our goals do not run parallel. At this crucial point in my plan, preparations are needed to be made. Allies could be beneficial, steps are to be taken." Xander's smile slowly faded, though it was actually the demon that was grinning at him, the thing did not appreciate Xander's attitude, nor accept his plan, whatever plan it may be.

Yaji found a lot of enjoyment and pleasure out of the pain that he delivered onto other people but currently his action was merely one to make him a little more happy. This place was a cesspool of happiness, even if it did appear that many of the people around didn't care about the business of others. They seemed quick to help each other out much like the crowd that surrounded the boy and the few people who helped lift him up and take him to a place where he could be healed. Why was happiness such a prevalent feeling was a very big question that Yaji found himself asking but he just came to the conclusion that people enjoyed the warm tingly feeling they received from it. Though another question that he had always been meaning to ask some one was why did they hate pain. Sure it is your nerve endings telling you that you are being hurt but things only hurt for a little before the pleasure seeps in, of course that could just be him.
Once the scene had finally cleared up and the people who had gathered around wandered away, Yaji turned his head towards the man pointing towards him. It was the man who he had previously spotted, sitting on the fountain while staring towards his hand as if trying to strike up a conversation with it. His pitch black eyes and blue irises scanned over the man before he turned his body slightly towards him. He also caught the next signal that the man made and that was a sort of sign that he should sit down with him which made Yaji raise an eyebrow. He found it strange to have some one point towards him and signal him to sit since he was so pale and some said his eyes made him very peculiar. Though most would have to comment on his attitude that seemed very horrible once Yaji felt threatened. Maybe this man just wanted to sit around and have a little chat... if only there was a chance that this chat involved murder.
Yaji finally began to move as he wandered towards the man, a woman walked in front of him as he moved and quickly Yaji's hand grabbed her shoulder and shoved her. This received an answer that was a few curse words before the lady went off in her own direction. Yaji on the other hand continued his path as he took step after step and the familiar sounds of his shoes clicking against the ground rang out. Every once in a while as he made his short trek he ended up shoving people out of the way or sticking his foot out and blatantly tripping them. He wasn't afraid of these people since the worst they could do what stab him with a weapon and the worst he could do was pretty much kill them. Being a mage produced a lot of superiority in his mind since he believes himself to be far above regular people. Though it seemed that this man that wanted a conversation was a lot different than just a normal person.
His destination was soon reached and he quickly turned and sat down on the fountain, leaving a little gap of open room between the two of them before he looked off down the road. "Yes?" Yaji merely said, not really looking at Xander as he spoke as his attention seemed completely focused on a spot down the road. Yet it seemed he questioned on why Xander had pointed him out and called him to come sit with him. Surely if Xander's answer was something along just starting a casual conversation with Yaji, he would leave. He had no time to just sit down and talk to every one who wanted to talk to him, which wasn't many. Though if it turned out to be something that was very exciting in Yaji's taste, he would surely sit around and listen to anything that Xander has to say.

Xander's large smile once again surfaced upon his face as he watched him approach. He was aggressively violent, but that's not what intrigued the demon-possessed Xander. He was doing all this in the very heart of the Fairy Tail Guild's reign of power. He was chaotic, a true monster against peace. That's not to say that Xander didn't believe in peace or thought that chaos was always the right choice, but there are periods in the great timeline of life that require revolution, it was one of those times, and the revolution had not yet begun. But to build a fire, you must gather wood, you must light the small twigs, and you must caress the flames until a blaze engulfs the resource in question. The man sat down, he did not seem shocked or taken aback by Xander's odd appearance, but he wasn't expecting him to be as weak and fearful as your common civilian. Yaji was must stronger, fearless, but had a hint of mental instability in his eyes.
"Are you fearless of the guild here, or engulfed by madness between your ears?" Yaji did not look at Xander, but kept his gaze forward, yet Xander stared straight into his eyes, or at least what he could see. His unnatural wide grin seemed frozen in place, unable to dissipate. He spoke again."Regardless of your reasoning or lack there of, I find you intriguing. You're very quick. Some may say haste is a bad thing, but I see it as power." Xander paused for a moment, letting his words sink in and giving a chance for Yaji to speak, if he so wish, and then he continued again.
"Personally, I believe that the only way to live is to live freely. Under the rules, laws, and authorities of other humans is simply just self-enslavement. You've proven to a few people here already that their belief in security is a waste. The guild cannot help them, cannot save them from everything." Xander finally broke away his gaze as he looked up and around the town, his eyes finally settling in the direction of the town's guild. "The survival instincts for these people have been smothered by their own desires of safety and protection, and the guilds feed them by spoonfuls of delusional security. Do you understand what I am saying?" Xander glanced at Yaji briefly from the corner of his eye, checking to see if he seemed interested or completely without opinion. He didn't bring up the topic of joining each other for Xander's own goals, merely announced them. He needed to know what Yaji was doing, what he wanted to do, perhaps they could be of a use to each other, for some time anyway.
Xander nodded lightly, as if he was confirming some sort of business transaction or affirming his opinion on some question. The chances seemed slim that this person held any sort of resembled interest of his, but if there was but an inch or ounce of similarity, they might be able to use him. "I think the guild has overstayed its welcome. The people have grown too accustomed to this lie, and I think it is time for a change. An alternate world is ready to take place, cowards must be thrown out to rot, and the courageous to fight for what the love and believe in. Men to fight for their gods and families, and not depend on some fool in a tower. No, a change is needed, a New World is needed."
