Life in a busy town was so much different than living in a forest. Tanao couldn't see many plants, except for the occasional bush or tree. The place did have a nice aura though. The sun was shining, clear skies loomed over the town. It was nice, calm, peaceful. The stone houses and stores filled the place. The townsfolk were full of chatter and energy. People roamed the streets, and Tanao was one of the people wandering about. He was looking for Fairy Tail, and it was suppose to be in this town.
Tanao was new to Magnolia. This was his first time in the city. To be honest, he was kinda scared, but he was also excited at the same time. Fairy Tail, the guild he was searching for over a year. He was now in the town that the guild was in. Over a year since he left his family, in search for a strong mage to train him. He didn't want all that time to be wasted, so his search still continues.
The stone path feels rough on his bare feet. As he walks along the path, he wonders if there is a wood element mage at the guild. Tanao wanted to keep learning wood spells, it was his thing. He hoped that there would be, but if there wasnt, at least he could gather some info on where a mage like that could be.

Angel, wonders the streets of Magnolia Town. Going on a normal stroll for the evening. The sun was out and bright. Birds soar through the air without a care. Trees leafs flutter into the air. Baby birds chirp in their nests in the trees. Children laughter filled the air while they play around. The whole atmosphere of this town was calm and peaceful.
Truly, not a care in the world in this town. Thanks to FairyTail of course. FairyTail who watches and protect it city. This city that which is close to each, like a family. Angel found a letter. Parents to some kid was that worry. Saying he should be here by now and asked FairyTail to help him out. Angel wonders, how do you not find FairyTail?
Its in the back of the town, plain as day. You could almost see it wherever you are in town. Nonetheless, Angel had nothing else to do at the moment. He evens, taken his gloves off if for this kid to see his hand. His hand where his magic stamp tattoo was at. To show he was part of FairyTail. Though, this kid was going to a needle in a hay stack. The town was huge, he could be almost anywhere. He did not know what he had look like! The mail didn't provide one. Angel was going to let the kid find it on his own, but again. Right now he didn't have much to do.

Though he has heard of the guild, he has actually never seen a picture of it or a description of it. Perhaps that is why he was wandering the streets in search for it. Tanao didn't run across any mages in the town either. Magnolia was a pretty big city. Maybe he should've gathered more information about it. He was too impatient and wanted to find Fairy Tail as soon as he could. Tanao smiled to himself and continued searching for the guild.
He took notice of the large building at the back of the town. Maybe that was Fairy Tail. It was one of the most popular guilds in Fiore, so that was probably it's building. But Tanao didn't want to go alone, he was afraid that if he wasn't with one of the members he wouldn't be accepted. He started walking towards the large building. The mages that belonged to Fairy Tail were probably closer to the guild.
Tanao kept looking on his way to the guild for signs of a mage. That wasn't very successful. Mages were people as well, and it was more or less difficult to tell who wasn't and who was. He was still walking down the road when he saw a person remove their glove. Tanao's eyes widened when he saw the magic stamp with the insignia that belonged to Fairy Tail. He quickly moved over to the stranger. "Hey, are you a mage from Fairy Tail?"

Angel was starting think it was pointless. It seems to him it was going to be an endless search and never going to find this so called kid. The town was too huge for this. Magnolia Town is a town who're close to one another, but saying that everyone knows one another is a whole different matter on it's on. There also always those black sheep of our happy flock.
Right before Zieg was going to call it quits, a kid ran up to him. This kid skin was ghostly pale. Two small brown eyes, a jacket and a white muscle shirt. It sorted of stand out in the crowd. Zieg could tell he was young, late teens maybe. Zieg wasn't sure how young, but he thinks he's either 16 or 17. Zieg also tell he was just a mere greenhorn in every area. No battle scars, no presence of high magic, and his eyes were too pure and innocent.
Zieg figure this kid must have just gotten out of his parents. Though, was he ready to become a full fledge mage while barely old enough to leave his nest? Did Zieg, have the heart to do that, or have the moral to do that? Well, his parents thought so. If not, why would they send FairyTail a picture and ask to keep a look out for him? "If you don't know who I am, then you must be an outsider of this town. Yes, I am a mage from FairyTail. This tattooed on my hand is proofed."

This mage was definitely a strange one. He seemed very unemotional. His facial expression didn't convey any sort of feeling at all. Tanao found this strange. Bottling up his emotions would make him burst sooner or later. Tanao could tell that the mage was examining him to see how experienced (more like inexperienced) he was. The younger teenager also studied his acquaintance. He had unusual blue hair styled in a fashion that was completely different from the norm, but it still fit him. That was the only thing about him that basically made him more or less "unique"
The words that left his mouth were also cold and emotionless. But they did confirm that he was from Fairy Tail. "Yeah, I'm new to this town. It must be cool to be in Fairy Tail, huh?" Tanao looked at his hand, his eyes focused on the tattoo that verified was a Fairy Tail mage. "Wow, it's a pretty sick tattoo." He said, wondering where he would put his own if he was accepted.
Since he had found a Fairy Tail mage, he might as well introduce himself. "I'm Tanao Hiroiki, it's nice to meet you." He said, while putting his hands behind his head.

Zieg look at the young child more closely. This must be who I am looking for, Zieg thought to himself. At this point, there was little doubt about it. Zieg raised his hand to Tanao and he would go for a handshake, "Very well. FairyTail accepts all kinds of Mage's to join and we're not very hard to join," says Zieg. Zieg would make sure his handshake be firm, but not too hard.
Afterwards, Zieg had taken his hand back and put his glove back on. He was proud of his guild, but with that tattoo. It could lead to targets to dark guilds member. Zieg prefer to avoid needless bloodshed and try to prevent damaging the area. "My name is Zieg, but better known as Angel. You can call me either one if you would like. Angel then point to north of the city. "If you go north from here, you will find FairyTail building."

Sphinx was taking his mid morning stroll that day when he saw Zieg a.k.a Angel talking to someone else. He has his umbrella opened once again, as a make-shift protection from the rays of the sun. His half-covered face looked extremely conspicuous especially under the shadows of the black umbrella. Once again, his curiosity sinks in and he inched closer towards Zieg and the new guy. They seem to be engaged in a pretty interesting conversation, or at least from Sphinx's point of view. Then again, he finds every conversation interesting, possibly from the lack of people he talks to in the guild.
He saw a shady portion from somewhere near the two. It was the perfect spot to eaves drop. Barrels of unknown liquid stood silent on the corner of the stony streets, under the perfect shade of an ominous looking house. Sphinx decided to move closer without getting any attention. Another few silent steps and he managed to meld with the shadows of the shady corner, close enough to hear every word Zieg and the new comer was saying. It was the perfect spot. His black attire and shadowy appearance easily melded with the shadowy portions of the corner.
From his position he heard the guy introduce himself as Tanao Hiroiki. Well, that's a name you don't hear everyday. Sphinx carefully positioned himself so that he takes full advantage of the corner. Hopefully, Zieg doesn't notice him, especially the guy has a no nonsense attitude.
I hope so too. Sphinx thought to himself.

Tanao backed away slightly after the mage examined more closely. What is he doing? He thought to himself. Shortly after, the mage offers the teen a handshake and explains how the guild accepted all mages and wasn't hard to join. "How did you know I was a mage?" He asked while returning the handshake. This was unexpected. Tanao knew that he was not well known at all. He hasn't even done any missions yet. How this mage knew about him was beyond his knowledge. "Well, I guess... I should thank you." A tear formed in his right eye, but he quickly wiped it off, hopefully before anyone else saw. Tanao wasn't sad, but he was happy. After one year, he finally made it.
The other mage finally introduced himself as Zieg , and gave Tanao his nickname of Angel. The name sounded more feminine than masculine, but it didn't really bother Tanao. There must have been a reason he was called that. I think i'll stick with Zieg. How did you get the name Angel? He wanted to find out why he was named Angel. Maybe it was because of his magic? Tanao hoped to find out why.
The wood mage followed Zieg's hand to the north of the city. To the location of the guild. His eyes glanced over the strange man near them, but Tanao never took any note of him. "Wait, are you busy? I was hoping we could, you know, walk there together and get to know each other." The boy was alone for so long. He really wanted to find friends now that he had finally found Fairy Tail.

He looked down to the young lag. "I purely assume since you came up to me. You asked about FairyTail and earlier we gotten a letter that said to look out for a guy who was looking for FairyTail. I simply assume you were the guy. It is not a problem helping you out. It what we FairyTail members do best. I can't escort you there. I have some research to do."
Afterwords, Zieg nodded and made his leave. He felt like someone was watching from a distance, but wasn't from where exactly. He didn't sense any blood lust, so he didn't think too much of it.
