Objective: Am old woman cat have gotten out and it happens often. You're to find and bring the cat back, safe and sound.

Hitori walked through the alleys of Magnolia Town as she searched for the lost cat that she had agreed to find. She had already visited the old lady whom put up the job and she had in turn received quite a good description of just what the cat she was searching for looked like. This job was still not going to be easy though. She sighed a bit. "just how many cats are there in this town I wonder.. even if that cat was the only one..there are so many hiding spots that it could be..." Hitori paused as she spotted movement. She focused on it and saw that it was a cat. "Could it be that easy?"

She ran towards where she had saw the movement turning a corner as she did so. She skidded to a halt as she saw the cat calmly eying her. Hitori took a deep breath. "Such a simple matter to hit the cat with a spell but the cat must be returned unharmed..." She shook her head as she took a step forward. It was then the ct decided it wanted to play and ran off. "Oh great" Hitori sighed as she took off after the cat.

Hitori was running down the alley after the cat that had bolted. Let nobody tell you that a human could out run a cat in a cramped area as they are lying. Hitori watched as the cat ran through a gap in a wall. She sighed as she leapt up onto the alley wall and used it as a launching point to leap over the wall and continue the chase after the cat. She was sorely tempted to launch her shield at the small animal but that might harm it and the job said she was not allowed to do that. Besides she liked cats...she thought.

She watched as the cat ran out of the alley and across the street. Hitori paused slightly as she looked through the crowd and nodded as she mapped her route. She was small enough and quick enough that she was able to make her way through the crowd without too much trouble. She bumped into a man much larger than she was and that did send her to the ground. The man paused as he helped her up. "Watch where your going kid! Your going to get yourself hurt!!" Hitori bowed slightly. "I'm sorry" she would then continue on as the cat seemed to have paused to clean itself..mocking her maybe? She shook her head and pressed on.

Hitori found herself running through another alley after the wayward animal. She had always thought she was fast and thanks to her constant training under Imthor she was not weak nor low on stamina. However this chase was slowly taking it's toll and she needed to rest if only for a few seconds. She paused placing her hand against the wall of the alley leaning against it and breathing hard. The cat slowed as if it could sense it was not being chased at the moment and stopped to clean itself.

Hitori sighed a bit as she slid down the wall. She fell into a sitting potion as she sighed shaking her head. "The cat is...playing with me?" She sighed as she took off her helmet and raised a hand to rub the temples of her forehead. "Well I suppose I'm not going to catch him any time what?" While she had been musing the cat had walked over to her and began to rub it's head against her elbow. "Really..all I had to do was sit?" the cat looked up at her and meowed. "Fine..well" she grasped the cat and her helmet as she stood. "I'm taking you back home now...come on" She walked out of the alley and slowly made her way back to the old woman's house. She left the cat with the delighted woman as she turned to leave the cat looked at her his eyes twinkling. Shuddering a bit Hitori hastened her step to get back to the guild.
