When the sand catches the opponent it .This lasts for two posts: EX: Manuel uses spell, Then Opponent turn can't move, Then Manuel turn, Then Opponent released at beginning of their turn.
Drawback: Manuel can't use another spell in the post of using this spell, and only one spell when opponent is bound.
