Long ago, during the time that humans were still getting a grasp of use of magic. Heavenly magic was born in this era. A man walked the earth, helping the people in need. Said to be powerful and wise Sage. Walking the lands helping the poor when in need of hunger. He supposedly saved and helped so many people, the people consider's him as the "Second coming". For having the power to call upon the stars, control that of gravity, and move in amazing speed. It was a no wonder for how he had given this nick name. His actual name is lost in history, how the proof of his existence still stands. For each town he had gone too, he had visited churches and taught them how to use Heavenly Magic.

However, by the time he was only 30 years old, the government secretly had killed him in fear of his power. Not wanting to deal whatever family he had, they were strikes down as well. In case they too had the same power. However, it was for naught. The government soon found out that he had taught many others his magic though they failed in compare to the Second. The truth of this doing of the government was kept secret for over 400 years untill it was leak out. By this time, it did not matter. Magic was everywhere from different types of magic. The second magic type however, is rather rare. Due to the fact how hard it is to learn. After years of study into Heavenly Magic, no one could figure out how did the Second came to this magic and what was used exactly to strike him, due to so much time lost in time. To this day, Heavenly Magic is one of the most complex and hardest magic to learn. Heavenly Magic also to this day stands as one of the most powerful magic to exist.

Recently, churches of Heavenly Magic were looking for a new leader to lead them and to be nick named "The Third". Their search seemed in vain at first. Since not many even been consider as B rank Mages. However, they found one who is considers as S rank. His name been kept hidden. The only clue of who he is, is that he is part of the council. People have asked the Council which one it is, however they give no comment.
