Chrono exact history is actually unknown. No one knows who made it. How old is it exactly, What is the true power of it? To be frank, it a true mysterious type of magic. This magic has only recently been brought into light. Exactly only ten years ago. A single Mage had destroyed an entire base controlled from the council in an instant. However, the death rate was not all that high, though the injury was with 180 knights with minor injuries.
Only nine people had died due to collateral damage. When the investigation division came to investigate. They found the whole base had decayed. As if a thousand years had passed and destroyed it. The very next day, the base was restore as if nothing happen From both inside and outside looked as it they were brand new. However, lives were still had gone.
Despite the investigation, the suspect for this was never found. However, they did manage to find one single thing. A worn torn book, a book all about Chrono magic and how to use it. Not long after, time magic was passed on and taught to others. Only a few people who actually know how to use time magic. Due to it just been re-discover. Chrono magic is able to increase time and decrease time over almost any object. However, it DOES NOT work on humans, but it can work on their spells.

Description: The user power over time allows them to actually see into the future. However, they are not able to see to far into this future. This passive spell allows the user to see one second into the future.
