History:
“Blood, not enough blood”
Despite it image and it uses blood. Blood magic was not made from for battle or to be used in a some kind of twisted way. The only people who have gotten this image, is typically children and people who never went to the doctor. Blood Magic comes from way back in the door. Created from doctors and originality used as a way to help blood flow on patients and stop massive bleeding.
Cause of this, small children end being scared of doctors thinking their scary and so somewhere in that area. Some people even think blood Mage even have a large control over their blood if they end seeing them. However, again nothing can be further from the truth. Going beyond a wild imagination, to be able to use someone blood in battle is almost impossible to do. Unless they are about to be dead, or already dead.
Blood Mages can only use their own blood and blood around to use. The closest way for them to use blood of their opponent if blood is splatter somewhere nearby. However, it is really rare to fight a Blood Mage seeing how most are doctors. Though, there, always some doctor using it the wrong way, or someone just happens to learn Blood Magic.

Blood type B = slightly inflammation of pain for how long the blood is there
Blood type AP = Cause some twitching of limb for how long the blood is there
Blood type O = Cause some numbness for how long the blood is there
