His dark blue hair lays down on his neck softly as it blows in the wind. Not one strand of hair is our of line, everything is strait. His hair glimmers like snow when in the sunlight. Instead of making him warmer it makes him colder. The eyes are a light icy blue that brings a chill to hearts everywhere. His skin is smooth and muscular. He has a 12 pack.
He wears a dark blue scarf that matches his cooling air around his neck. It hangs low on both front and back sides. Along with the scarf he has a long white thin sleeved sweeter with red strip starting at the should and going down to the end of his sleeves. The torso of the sweeter is thin and ends at his waist and no farther. From were the sweeter ends is wear his lower body clothing starts. He wears long baggy shorts with many holes. The shorts are made of cut jeans. His shoes are black and red convers.
His guild sing is in a very hard place to stamp, his left eye. He wears a eye patch to cover over it so he doesn’t look like a freak out side of Fairy Tail. The eye patch is like a pirates but not as stupid. The strap is under his hair.

Personality:
More cruel , cold and of a rebel than most mages. Tears rarely ever shed from his chilling bones. Women who like him will get badly rejected. He has no problem telling the annoying kid off, or the jack ass of the class .
The cold weather, Koori favoured for all his being. Has the snow rolled in he would take a long break and just stand out in the snow. He never got lost in the snow, infact he would help the stupid blonds out(No offence to blonds).
The heat, oh how he hates it. Sun, he tries to avoid it because it desiderates him and he gets burnt, that causes him to get heat stroke. If its really hot outside he will be more cruel than usual.
Listening to his music, he will ignore almost any thing and sing out loud. Walking down the street, when he is blasting his music and people don’t like it, he will tell them off. The song that would represent him is Temperature.
Cop on his tail, he will run through alleys, jump over fences. He will then laugh at the cops and run farther away. The police catch up with at a cliff, He jumps off a cliff turning back into his reaper state, he points and laughs and when they don’t here a splash.
He has a soft spot for children and Animals. A child or Animal is crying and has lost there mother. Koori will help the poor child or Animal help find his mother. If it takes weeks, months, years he will keep searching.
He can be a flirt. He will give comments to only some one he likes. If the person he likes is talking to him he will more nice then usual. He may fight to save the one he loves. He is mostly only nice to his Sister. Koori also thinks he sexy which he is, it adds to the fact that he’s a flirt and uses his appearance to attract girls or guys. He tends to take his shirt off because he feels closed in and hot.
Acting like a dog comes natural to him sense he was cursed. He tends to lick peoples faces and pant. He does not sweat like a normal human so he has to pant in order to cool down. Often sitting like a dog acquires him to wear shorts a lot. When threatened he will growl just like a dog or bark. If slammed or throne ageist something he will whine or whimper.

He also has a pet that follows him around. It is a dog by the name of Koinu, it is a husky pup. He even has a crow that follows him around. It is know to be Kooris other pet that just watches and helps look for food. Its name is Sebastian.
History:
Koori was born into a family of nobles. His parents were love amongst the people. But there was one group that hated them. They were the Dark Traits Guild (I made it up just so you know). They sent threat letters to them. After a while they received a dark letter telling them they were going to kill they’re son but first they will kill them.
Koori parents who where worried about his safety took him to the near by dragons den. They left him there with a departure of tears. Two dragons walked out of the den to see a baby girl in a flower bed and a baby boy on a sheet of ice. A letter left on both children sat on top of there baskets. Kooris letter wrote:
Dear Dragon,
We leave our most beloved son in your safety knowing that you will protect him. We are to be sealed away for the good of the world. And we leave our life and trust all for our son and you.

The dragon already knew what his parents were. His parents were with a group of people who dealt with the dark guilds. His parents were trained with light magic to stop the darkness. The true reason for them leaving Koori with the dragon was for him to train him and give him a good life, but, they were to use there bodies to seal away a ancient dark magic. The magic would devastate the world if it was to be released out to the world. The dark magic seems to have disappeared from all existence after The dragon received the letter. At that moment the dragon felt another dark presence come from somewhere else but the magic was low and dim.
The two dragons looked at each other and nodded. The Wood Dragon took to girl from the flower patch and the Ice Dragon, Bithore took Koori who was on the sheet of ice. Taken into the dragons den, the Bithore made a bed for him from leaves and other soft things he could find. Koori woke up quietly with his cute baby eyes open. Bithore smiled and thought “I’ll take this child and raise him to be truthful and to the fullest.” his though ended as Koori was climbing on his snout. Bithore smiled agene and took Koori off his snout and sat him back on the bed. “Stay here Ill go get you something to eat, ok.” Koori giggled and waited while exploring the cave on his too legs.
Bithore came back with a mouth full of fruits and meat. But he noticed that Koori wasn’t any where to be seen. He then heard a scream from farther down the cave. Bithore raced down the cave looking for Koori. He game to a stop to see a dark cloaked man putting some symbols on Kooris back. The man stopped making symbols and Koori started to grow a dog ear and tail. “This boy is know cursed, so have fun Bithore.” The man howled with a nasty voice. “This boy will now become more like an animal then any other person” He continued to howl before Bithore froze him solid and shattered him. Bithore picked up Koori and took him back to the cave entrance. Bithore hated himself for leaving Koori alone knowing that something bad could happen. From this day forward the dragon bowed never to let Koori leave by himself until Koori could learn the spell.
The two Dragons decided that the two babies they had in there dens should be related so the Dragons changed there last names to Okunote, and from that day forth they were twins. They grew up learning language together, basic manners, read, and to Wright. In free time they would sneak away from there parental dragons and go meet each other and play. Life was fun and full of never ending adventures.
The Dragons loved to see them play and have fun all the time. But something seemed wrong with Koori one day. He seemed like a vicious animal. He attacked innocent animals and sometimes his sister. Bithore after a while clicked in that it was the curse. Bithore found a way to nullify the curse. Bithore took Koori to one of the people at Fairy Tail. The man named Gallant knew a lot about the curse and nullified it. “There all done. The curse has been nullified. But, it will only stop him from killing things, he will still act the animal that his curse takes after.” Bithore nodded and handed over one of his scales to the man and flew away with Koori in hand back home.
Koori gained many skills over the years with his beloved sister. Having friendship with animals was fun. A crow had followed him home sense Koori was dropping his worms for fishing. The crow soon became attached to Koori and they became good friends. Koori named the crow Sebastian for his loyal servant. The crow would find something for Koori if he wanted it. The crow never strays to far away from Koori.
Once Koori turned to the rip age of ten Bithore decided it was time for him to gain the spell. ”Koori its time to gain your magic skills.” Bithore announced as Koori sat like a dog in front of him. Bithore breathed his icy cold breath onto Koori, placed two of his claws that held a cold mist in Kooris left hand, he placed five scales in Kooris other hand. “ A Dragon’s Lungs Breath Ice, A Dragon’s Scales immune to Ice, A Dragon’s Claws Frozen In Ice!!!!” Bithore chanted as the items started to glow in Kooris hand. The Ice Dragons seal appeared under his feet and the items deseeded into his body. Koori was out like a light.
Koori awoke the next day to see Bithore in front of his bed. Bithore picked up Koori and toke him to the top of the mountain. “It’s time to train…………” Koori was stunned but yet nodded. Kooris training went for days strait non-stop. After awhile he learn some skills and gained more power, speed, and combat skills. After three weeks of consecutive training Koori got to sleep and recover. He went home and slept for a good 12 hours.
Koori woke up without his normal greeting from Bithore. There was no trace of Bithore any where’s. Not a scale not even a breeze of cold air, Bithore was gone. After his search he ran to his sister and she had the same problem. They left in search of there dragon parents. Thinking it wouldn’t be hard to find a dragon but it is. No luck anywhere’s. After a few months of searching they came to a town by the name of Mongila. The town was known for the guild called “Fairy Tail”. Maybe there life would be easier if they joined the guild, but, they were rejected.
Koori and his sister had no money. Deciding to open a bar he looked for ways to get money for the beer, food and other things that were necessary. He found a courier of singing for people. He was making his money fast and quick, becoming famous by the locals. He soon opened the bar and karaoke. He made a living for a few years doing that but he was not satisfied.
A year had past and business was good. Many guild members from all around came to the bar for some drinks and fun. But one day he saw a mage from Phantom Lord attacking countless people for no reason. Koori walked out and actived his magic. “You have one last chance to leave those people alone before I kick your ass” Koori snapped calmed but with a snare. “I guess your not going to stop are you” A grin appeared on Kooris face as he smashed in his face with a simple kick to the face. The man out cold the police notified he was arrested and sent away. The people who were being attacked were from Fairy Tail and greatly appreciated him. They asked Koori if he would like to join Fairy Tail. He gladly accepted with a smile.
Koori is now a member of fairy tail and is apart of there family but still looks for Bithore on his missions.

- Spell Name: Ice Dragons Frozen Heels
Level: GreenHorn
Range: Self/Melee
Description: Koori makes a round house kicking and making the sigh of the ice dragon. Koori then says “Ice Dragons Frozen Heels”. Kooris Feet become frozen in sharp ice. He can then attacks with his foot based attacks.
Drawback: The heels are made of ice so they can melt. It can get stuck in things sense its sharp. Drains some energy. Lasts for 3 posts cool down is 3 posts - Spell Name: Ice Dragons Roar

Range: Medium-Long( goes up to 10 meters forward, 2 meters side ways and upwards and downwards)
Description: Koori stands up perfectly strait with a small arc in his back and says Ice Dragons Roar. He then takes in a deep breath through his chest and rawrs. The sign of the ice dragon appears in front of his face before exhaling. When rawring a wave of cold comes out of his mouth and spreaded out to 2 meters in width and 2 meters in height. It causes minor frost bite. They become itchy and sore. They feel more pain in heat when they have frost bite.
Drawback: He becomes hungry and loses some energy. If the opponent is fire or ice it has no effect if they attack with a fire or ice move. The cold burst of air goes up to 10 meters away and with a width of 2meters and a height of 2 meters. 3 post cool down - Spell Name: Whip of The Ice Dragon

Description: A strong cold wind surrounds Koori he then says Whip Of The Ice Dragon. The seal of the Ice Dragon appears under his feet. Reaching out into the cold wind he makes a fist and the cold air freezes making a 3 meter long whip. The ice is sharp and cold.
Drawback: It is ice so it can ether melt or, brake. Drains some energy. lasts for 4 posts coold down is 4 posts - Spell Name: Ice Dragons Dance

Description: Koori snaps his fingers and says “Ice Dragons Dance”. Ten Ice Dragon seals appear around Koori. The seals then spits out giant ice shards. The shards float around Koori. Koori starts to go into any kind of dance. When he points his pointing finger a ice shard fly at high speeds towards the foe. He can do that ten times. After the last point he does a finally and the shards return and spin around him. After he stops the ice sharps stop and fly in any random direction
Drawback: The Randomness can hurt a foe or friend not meaningly. He dances so it leaves him some what open to attacks. Drains some energy. After the finaly it takes 5 posts to cooldown. - Spell Name: Ice Dragons Force

Description: Koori is lined with scales of the ice dragon witch is quite hard and sleek. The scales are not that visible, they are so small it just looks like skin. Koori has now a good resistance to ice and water. The scales are pure white and very visable.
10% defence boost.
Drawback: Koori Gets a 5% more weakness to fire.
