Guarding a Girl

Sereno gaped as Noir took the stone through his leg. Both of the men were out on the ground. Neither was moving... which made things complicated. With Noir bleeding all over the floor... and the target out cold, possibly about to regain consciousness... or maybe even feigning it. To make sure he gave the troublesome mage a prod with his bare toe... he didn’t react in the slightest. After several more prods and eventually a kick to the stomach produced only wheezes, Sereno was satisfied. He wasn’t sure what to do about Noir though... the wound in his leg looked serious, but Sereno knew too little about medicine to be sure.

He was resigned to exhaust himself, caught between persecuting a criminal who had injured his partner... and helping the injured partner. What he should do was obvious, but what he was going to do was a little stupid. He opened the gate and slumped a little as Gemi and Mini appeared, he smiled at them and nodded to Noir. Immediately Gemini was holding Sereno’s partner. Sereno grabbed the Stalker byu the feet and started dragging him roughly through the alley towards the back of Fairytail... he had no idea what he was supposed to do with him. Gemini however lifted up Noir and carried him after Sereno. While Gemini might disappear at any minute, Sereno couldn’t manage to lift his partner.

Gemini wasn\t quite sure what to do with Noir, his leg seemed best left alone... he knew it was best to leave an arrow in... but a stone arrow? It was thicker... and he had no idea what the protocol was. They walked into Fairy Tail, Sereno exhausted trailing an unconscious and fairly bruised body, Gemini setting down Noir only to disappear as Serenos strength gave out. “Anyone know what I should do with these two? I think Noir needs a doctor...”

Two rather muscular members of Fairy Tail wandered out to Sereno who had Noir laying on the floor by him and the stalker near him after he had dragged him across the ground. One of them closed their eyes and nodded their head before moving close to Sereno and placing a pat on his shoulder. "You did good bringing Noir and the Stalker here." He merely said, taking his hand off Sereno before he moved over to Noir while the other one moved over to the stalker who Sereno had dragged all the way here. "You should come up to the ward and get checked out just to make sure nothing to serious happened to you." The one said, hoisting Noir up onto his shoulder and wandering into the guild while the other one walked off with the stalker to take him to the police. He would return with the reward for Sereno and Noir once he visited Sophia and told her, her stalker was in cuffs.

Noir on the other hand remained collapsed in the man's arms, blood dripping to the floor from the stone arrow that had embedded itself into his leg. He was in for one hell of a recovery with his wounds but he was pretty lucky this time and his violet eyes captured the ceiling of Fairy Tail before finally closing.

Sereno let the man take the unconscious mage away. He probably should have mentioned the fact that the man was a mage... then again; people could make their own assumptions. He had a choice now, he could either follow Noir and check up on him, which seemed to be a responsibility of his. Something that as a member of Fairy Tail, was a moral obligation. On the other hand, he was drained and alcohol was always a good thing. Besides he could always check on Noir later.

Sereno headed to the bar.
